Products You Can Sell
What products can I sell on PingBusiness?
Digital products only - anything delivered electronically through checkout: software, SaaS and app licenses; eBooks, PDFs, and guides; online courses; design templates; photos and graphics; audio; video; and video games or game assets. If it isn't delivered digitally, it doesn't belong on PingBusiness.
What products are prohibited on PingBusiness?
Physical goods and services of any kind; donations without a real product; timeshares/real estate; tokens, NFTs, and other crypto-asset products; trading signals and investment schemes; regulated financial services; gambling; content you don't hold IP rights to (including counterfeits, PLR/MRR resale, and essay mills); MLM/get-rich-quick schemes; sexual content; malware or spyware; IPTV; job boards and dating sites; reselling other people's products as a marketplace; age-restricted goods, pharmaceuticals, and weapons.
Note: settling in USDC is a payment method, not a license to sell crypto-financial products - those remain prohibited regardless.
What conduct is prohibited regardless of what I sell?
Misrepresenting what you sell, running fake or self-dealt transactions, changing product categories without telling PingBusiness, selling to restricted jurisdictions, misleading buyers or ignoring your own refund terms, and abusing the platform (account sharing, reselling, or API misuse).
What happens if I violate the product or conduct policy?
Depending on severity: a warning, listing removal, account review, suspension, termination, and/or a hold on pending settlements during investigation. Sanctions- or crime-related violations mean immediate termination and may be reported to authorities. You can appeal a decision through the process in your rejection or suspension notice.
