Who can use PingBusiness?

Anyone selling a digital product or service, from a solo builder to an established SME.

This includes:

• SaaS (personal or business)
• Online courses and video content
• Downloadable software and video games
• Digital templates, graphics, and newsletters
• eBooks and information services
• Other digital goods or services

You can apply as an individual (solo founders, entrepreneurs, individual builders) or as a company, including a single-member company. Applying as an individual doesn't require registering a business.

What isn't supported yet?

Physical products that require shipping and returns aren't a fit for PingBusiness today. Instant USDC settlement to a self-custodial account doesn't support the traditional clawback mechanics that physical-goods refund and return flows rely on. This is worth knowing before you set up - PingBusiness is built for digital delivery first, for now.

How long does approval take?

The application itself takes about five minutes to complete. After you submit, identity verification (KYC) happens, then your application is reviewed by the PingBusiness team before approval.
