Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not sell and do on PingBusiness, operated by ZooFi Labs Limited (Hong Kong). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the PingBusiness Service Agreement. We may update this AUP from time to time — material changes will be notified by email or dashboard notice.

Warning: If you violate this policy or attempt to sell prohibited products, your account may be placed in review or suspended without notice, and pending settlements may be withheld while we investigate.

What you can sell

PingBusiness supports the sale of digital products only — goods that are delivered electronically through the PingBusiness checkout. Examples of acceptable products:

  • Software, SaaS subscriptions, and app licenses
  • eBooks, PDFs, guides, and other written content
  • Online courses and educational content
  • Design assets and digital templates
  • Photos, graphics, and illustrations
  • Audio (music, sound effects, podcasts)
  • Video content
  • Video games and game assets

If your product is not delivered digitally, it does not belong on PingBusiness.

Prohibited products and services

The following may not be sold through PingBusiness:

Not a digital product

  • Physical goods of any kind
  • Services of any kind — including marketing, design, web development, consulting, and other freelance or agency services
  • Donations or charity giving where no product exists or the price exceeds the product's value
  • Timeshares and real estate

Crypto and financial products

  • Tokens, NFTs, or any crypto-asset products; token sales or launches
  • Trading signals, investment advice, or investment schemes of any kind
  • Regulated financial services — lending, banking, currency exchange, debt relief, collections, insurance, warranties
  • Gambling, pay-to-play auctions, sweepstakes, and lotteries
    Note: PingBusiness settles to you in stablecoins — but that is a settlement method, not a product category. Selling crypto-financial products to buyers is prohibited.

Intellectual property and integrity

  • Products or content for which you do not hold proper license or IP rights
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR) products — anything you are licensed to resell but did not originally create
  • Homework or essay mills
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid, or "business-in-a-box" / get-rich-quick schemes

Content and conduct

  • Sexually-oriented or pornographic content of any kind, including NSFW chatbots
  • Spyware, stalkerware, or covert monitoring apps
  • Malware, hacking tools, or products designed to circumvent security
  • IPTV services
  • Job boards, dating sites, and advertising placements (in newsletters, websites, or social posts)
  • Marketplaces — using your PingBusiness account to sell other people's products as a "partner"

Illegal and regulated goods

  • Illegal or age-restricted products: drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
  • Pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and CBD products
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Anything restricted by our payment or settlement partners

Prohibited conduct

Regardless of what you sell, you must not:

  • Misrepresent your products — sell something different from what you declared in your application or product listings ("transaction laundering");
  • Process fake or self-dealt transactions, including using your own store to move funds;
  • Change your business — switch product categories or add materially different products without notifying us (this may trigger re-review);
  • Sell to or operate from restricted jurisdictions listed in our onboarding requirements;
  • Deceive buyers — misleading marketing, failure to deliver what was sold, or refusing to honor your stated refund terms;
  • Abuse the platform — circumvent review, share accounts, resell your account, or misuse our APIs.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may: issue a warning, remove a product listing, place your account in review, suspend or terminate your account, and/or withhold pending settlements while we investigate. Sanctions- or crime-related violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities. If you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal through the process described in your rejection or suspension notice.
