Selling Guidelines
Acceptable Use Policy
PingBusiness maintains an Acceptable Use Policy. Applications for prohibited products are declined, and existing accounts found selling them are subject to removal.
1. Not a digital product
- Physical goods of any kind
- Services of any kind — including marketing, design, web development, consulting, and other freelance or agency services
- Donations or charity giving where no product exists or the price exceeds the product's value
- Timeshares and real estate
2. Crypto and financial products
- Tokens, NFTs, or any crypto-asset products; token sales or launches
- Trading signals, investment advice, or investment schemes of any kind
- Regulated financial services — lending, banking, currency exchange, debt relief, collections, insurance, warranties
- Gambling, pay-to-play auctions, sweepstakes, and lotteries
Note: PingBusiness settles to you in stablecoins — but that is a settlement method, not a product category. Selling crypto-financial products to buyers is prohibited.
3. Intellectual property and integrity
- Products or content for which you do not hold proper license or IP rights
- Counterfeit goods
- Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR) products — anything you are licensed to resell but did not originally create
- Homework or essay mills
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid, or "business-in-a-box" / get-rich-quick schemes
4. Content and conduct
- Sexually-oriented or pornographic content of any kind, including NSFW chatbots
- Spyware, stalkerware, or covert monitoring apps
- Malware, hacking tools, or products designed to circumvent security
- IPTV services
- Job boards, dating sites, and advertising placements (in newsletters, websites, or social posts)
- Marketplaces — using your PingBusiness account to sell other people's products as a "partner"
5. Illegal and regulated goods
- Illegal or age-restricted products: drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
- Pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and CBD products
- Weapons and ammunition
- Anything restricted by our payment or settlement partners
Prohibited Conduct
Regardless of what you sell, you must not:
- Misrepresent your products — sell something different from what you declared in your application or product listings ("transaction laundering");
- Process fake or self-dealt transactions, including using your own store to move funds;
- Change your business — switch product categories or add materially different products without notifying us (this may trigger re-review);
- Sell to or operate from restricted jurisdictions listed in our onboarding requirements;
- Deceive buyers — misleading marketing, failure to deliver what was sold, or refusing to honor your stated refund terms;
- Abuse the platform — circumvent review, share accounts, resell your account, or misuse our APIs.
